The owners of this traditional looking chalet inhabit a sleek, modern design villa in the Netherlands. For their newly constructed home in Switzerland they were looking for a different and more rustic atmosphere that suits life in the Alps. For this turn-key project, Eliens took care of all the logistics from the Netherlands as well as the required permits. For the design of the entire home, including the office and guest rooms with a sauna, Eliens used natural materials such as wood and granite in clean lines. Combined with more comforting colours, this gives the interior a timeless appearance.
